An expert in communication, leadership development and support for professional and personal journeys, I am also an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
For over 15 years, I have worked in international environments, leading complex projects and supporting global and EMEA teams. This experience has allowed me to develop solid expertise in change management, team engagement, communication, and leadership.
Over the years, a conviction has become clear to me: behind every project, every career change or every ambition, there is first and foremost a person seeking to find their place, their balance and meaning in what they undertake.
It is this conviction that naturally led me to coaching. Initially trained in life coaching, I then continued my journey to become a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICA).
Today, I support people going through a period of questioning, transition, or transformation. Whether they are young people entering the workforce, professionals seeking career advancement, or individuals wishing to find a better balance between their personal and professional lives, I offer them a space for listening, reflection, and compassion to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
I also work for EDUCA SWISS, supporting people who are seeking funding to advance their study projects.

My experience has taught me that the most accurate answers are often already within us and that we lack the time and kindness to find those answers.
Through a caring approach, informed by my expertise in coaching, communication, leadership and change management, I support each individual in exploring their resources, clarifying their desires and moving forward in accordance with themselves.

I am convinced that it is possible to succeed by staying aligned with one's values, respecting one's own pace, and building a sustainable balance between personal aspirations and the demands of the world around us.
My coaching is for those who wish to take a step back, clarify their priorities and move forward with more confidence, coherence and serenity.
