Because the first few months are critical, this coaching supports new managers in successfully transitioning into their role. According to McKinsey & Company, between 40% and 50% of new managers fail within the first 18 months, often due to a lack of fundamental leadership skills.

A fully individual programme designed to integrate seamlessly within your existing organisational structure.

1 initial discussion to define needs and objectives with project owner
1 alignment session with sponsor (1 hour)
1 goal-setting session with the coachee (1 hour)
12 individual coaching sessions (1 hour 15 minutes each) over 3 months, ideally one session per week, with coachee
1 mid-point review (three-way meeting – 1 hour) at session 6, with sponsor, cochee and coach
1 final review (three-way meeting – 1 hour) and next step
All sessions will be scheduled upon signing the contract
